Feria de las economías para la vida - FEV
Cliente:
Gobierno de Colombia
Año:
2024
When the National Government invited us to bring to life one of the most ambitious events of the year, we knew this was no ordinary fair. The Fair of Economies for Life (FEV) would not only mark a milestone in the institutional calendar, but also serve as the stage to present the “Economic Project for Life”—a transformative initiative focused on reindustrialization, energy transition, and the activation of new territorial economies in Colombia. An event with a vision for the country and a forward-looking perspective.
At A2, we embraced the challenge of creating a comprehensive and coherent experience from the ground up. We partnered with the ministries from day one, leading the event’s conceptualization and aligning every decision with the Government’s strategic objectives. We developed the full visual identity—from the name, logo, and graphic system to the communication guidelines, narrative, and key messages deployed across multiple channels and formats.
After defining the visual identity, we focused on designing the scenography from a user-centered perspective. We considered what an attendee should feel upon entering the event, what a minister would need to operate seamlessly, what a business leader would look for in green business spaces, and what a young entrepreneur would expect in innovation zones. We created more than a dozen distinct spaces: multi-purpose stands for five ministries, interactive areas for green projects, two auditoriums for talks and conferences, a curved and avant-garde stage that became the heart of the event, VIP lounges for ministers and the President, and dedicated areas for rest and dining.
Our involvement was truly 360°. We designed, coordinated, and executed the entire physical production: custom furniture, ephemeral architecture, structures, lighting, sound, screens, printed and digital graphics, and every component required to bring the design to life with precision. We also developed both the digital and on-site experience, including the website, registration system, badges, POS materials, on-screen visuals, and multimedia content featured on television and mass media.
During the event, our team led the full logistical operation, ensuring everything ran flawlessly—each session started on time, every space was ready, and all attendees, from government officials and business leaders to communities and visitors from across the country, experienced a seamless journey. More than 15,000 attendees were part of a transformative and memorable experience that integrated innovation, sustainability, and institutional vision into a single visual and spatial narrative.
