The Solistic Summit 2024 was a corporate event designed to strengthen the brand’s relationship with its key strategic partners and position Solistica as a leader in integrated logistics solutions. At A2, we developed the event end-to-end, from strategic conceptualization and event design to final production, creating a memorable, cohesive, and highly functional experience for both national and international attendees.
Inspired by the circular shape of Solistica’s logo, we crafted a visual narrative that represented continuity, stability, and operational excellence. This shape became the central axis of the spatial, graphic, and scenic design, evoking the fluidity of its logistics processes and the brand’s ongoing commitment to innovation and service. Every detail—from furniture layout, visual content, and screens to interaction points—was carefully designed to project the event’s core concept: reliability in motion.
The event featured an immersive setup with circular stands, a central stage, networking areas, a curated gastronomic experience, custom signage, and high-level technical production. In addition, we developed the full visual identity of the event, including digital and printed assets, as well as multimedia content for social media and on-screen displays.
